Founder's Story.
Welcome to Tejomaya Immigration Services Inc. I am Rashmi Parhar, the founder and CEO and a RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) in good standing with the CICC (College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants).
I have lived in Canada with my family since 2004. In the last 20 years, I have worked in different industries, gaining valuable experience in Airline ticketing, travel documents, and ground handling. I also have experience in business taxes, and over the last 5 years I have worked resolving student issues related to admissions, courses, eligibility, and offered counselling. This knowledge of the Canadian and Indian job market and Education system gives me a unique perspective that makes me very successful in this profession.
I am proficient in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, and have experience in Business documentation, training, and consultation. I will take the time and do my due diligence to understand your case and our team will do its best to represent you in a fair and honest manner. Contact us for a free initial consultation.
Aboutique
practice bydesign.
We built Tejomaya as the immigration practice we wished existed when we first moved to Canada — direct access to your consultant, transparent fees, and a strategy that respects the long arc of your file.

Small caseload. Long relationships.
We deliberately cap how many files we take each quarter. That cap is why every client gets their consultant on the phone — not a junior, not a chatbot, not an account manager. It is also why our refusal rate stays in the single digits while the industry average climbs.
Our work compounds. Most of our new clients arrive through a referral from someone we landed two, five, or ten years ago.
Three things we never compromise on.
Regulated practice
Every file is handled by a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. Full E&O insurance, CICC standing.
Strategy first
We map every viable pathway against your profile before recommending one. No copy-paste applications.
Human-scale
We keep our caseload small so you always speak directly to the consultant who knows your file.

Local knowledge. AAIP insight.
We're not a referral office for a firm in another province. Our consultants live and work in Edmonton, hold deep relationships with Alberta employers, and know AAIP streams inside and out.
That local presence matters — for employer-driven LMIAs, for settlement guidance, and for the in-person consultations we still believe in.
